Avoiding Merges

In this photo, it looks like this man is touching the lady inappropriate but really the man is just trying to help the two ladies.

Framing

In this picture, the buildings are framing the picture. The buildings are all dark and it blends in with the smoke. The Statue of Liberty is the only thing that is standing out in this picture.

Balance

In this photo, the people in the orange suits really stand out. The way that there standing gives the picture balance.

Lines

In this photo, the way the photo is taken really make the lines on the railroad tracks stand out. Anyone that looks at this photo their eyes are going to follow the lines because of the way the direction of the photo is taken.

The Rule of Thirds

In this photo, the person that is falling off the building isn't in the center. That's the way this picture is supposed to be. It's not going to be in the center. It's showing how far this person is going to fall.

Simplicity

In this photo, it has a nice clear solid background. The solid background makes it only focused on the building.

40 Greatest Photos Ever

I picked this photo because she was in Iraq for 7 years and she is barley getting to see her daughter. This photo really shows the emotion and what's going on. The photographer made sure to get them at a good angle so you could see there reaction. I think this photo made it to the 40 greatest photos because it's sad because the lady didn't get to see her daughter for 7 years until now.

The description of this is that this boy has been death and finally he could hear and the doctor told him to put this headphone in his ear. This is his first reaction when he heard noise. This photo I picked because his reaction looks real. The photographer got a good reaction of his face and how he looks. I think this photo made the 40 greatest photos because he was death and he's barley now hearing.
Photographer: Jack Bradley

I picked this photo because it says that he trades jerseys as a sign of respect that had been marred by racism. This photo is very unique because they came to peace and respect. The photographer really made it seem real. I think this photo made it to the 40 greatest photos because back then racism was a really serious thing.

The red, happy, and metal post are really good pictures, but the happy photo is blurry. Other then that you took really great photos.

National Geographic Contest

This photo I picked because I thought it was the best photo on this page. It captures the light and detail of the tornado. I just think it's a really nice looking picture because the tornado stands out even if the picture is dark.

Best and worst photos

This photo is the best photo I took out of all of them. I picked this photo because it's focused and not blurry. Things that made this photo good was that it is really clear.

This photo would be my worst photo. The reason why I picked this photo as my worst because it really isn't focused and when I took it I really didn't capture it in a good angle.
